Rush Shipment: Because of the high and fluctuating charges from UPS and FedEx for expedited shipment, we no longer offer 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping.
We do not offer shipping to international locations.
Shipping for Cathedral Size Icons
Cathedral-Size Icons are produced when ordered. Please plan ahead and allow 5 to 7 weeks for delivery. Shipping and handling for 19" and 24" icons are fixed charges -- $35.00 each and $45.00 each, respectively. Shipping charges for 36" tall icons and larger are per actual cost. After you place your online order for icons of these sizes, we will contact you with a shipping quote for your approval. Because all sizes of Cathedral Size icons are one-of-a-kind and made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless the item was damaged in transit. Order cancellations later than 5 days after the order date are subject to a 40% cancellation charge.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions.
Refunds
If the item is returned in sellable condition within 30 days of your receipt of the item, you will be refunded the cost of the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Please keep a record of your return, as you are responsible for the safe delivery of the item.
Include the packing list from your original shipment in the return box, along with a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for made-on-demand icon plaques or prints in the Monastery Icons Collection, unless the item was damaged in transit. These items are one-of-a-kind and made to order.
Order cancellations made more than five (5) days after the order date are subject to a 40% cancellation charge.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
When can I expect my order?
* Monastery Incense and Liturgical Charcoal. Allow 7 to 10 days.
* Wooden Gift Plaques. Allow 30 days plus shipping transit time.
* Icon Plaques and Prints 19" and larger. Allow 5 to 7 weeks.
* Outdoor Stations of the Cross Shrines. Allow 4 to 6 weeks.
* Icon Magnets and Pocket Icons. Allow 3 weeks.
* ALL OTHER ITEMS. Allow 10-14 days.
Free Shipping Terms & Conditions
Free Shipping applies only to orders shipped via standard delivery to one shipping address within the continental US only. Additional charges apply for express delivery and/or multiple shipping addresses. Possible surcharge applies on oversized shipments. Free shipping excludes oversized items, church statuary, church furniture, glass- or plastic-enclosed candles, drop ship & ground exempt items. Contact customer service for more information.
Ground: Orders shipping via small package/common carrier ground will be billed UPS published rates and the shipping charge will be capped at 20% calculated from the merchandise total. This includes initial orders as well as the backorders.
